Have an opportunity to buy a 8 month old canon rebel xsi for $380. So I was wondering if anyone has/had one and how they thought it was and if you think this is a good deal? I'd really like to get the T2i but not sure I want spend that much money yet. I'm still just a beginner/amature so don't need anything crazy. But any info would be appreciated. Thanks

They are all great cameras, just pair that with a 50mm 1.8 prime and your snapping fantastic pics in no time.

Good to know. I've wanted one for awhile now and I've been fishing around for a good deal and so far this is the best one for the money it seems

Jump on it, you can't go wrong with the Rebel's they are great cameras. Just pair it with a good lens and you'll be happy.

I second that a xsi would be a great starter camera. Hell, you'd never really want/need to replace it unless you got really really into photography.
