Long story short I guess the inside of my custom muffler cracked and the sound dampner was coming out of exhaust. What I'm wonder can I just weld a megans carbon finer ti tipped muffler to a 3 inch custom straight pipe? Can any exhaust business do this. My exhaust is made of aluminum just FYI.

If your exhaust piping is made out of aluminum and the megan racing muffler is steel, then you can't weld them together, but you can clamp them.

Would I be looking at any kinds of loss by using a clamp? And would the the aluminum pipe be a match to the Megan by means of figment?

You won't have any power loss. As far as the fitment, you will have to do that research.

Regarding fitment, since the muffler you're looking at is 3 inches, the question is, is your current exhaust 3 inches? And no, a clamp or flange to hold the two together won't affect performance or anything.

What's the worst that can happen my afrs are good I can't feel anything wrong with the car will my car just get louder? If that's the case I'm ok with it.
