Well long story short, sold me a set of "mint" gloss black TE-37's. I received the rims with curb rash on them which he said wasn't there when he shipped them. I complained and he offered to take them back as long as I paid shipping. The amount it was going to cost me to fix them was the same as shipping so I said what the hell I'll just get them fixed. So now I go to get them fixed and mounted and I noticed painted flaking off and underneath there was green paint. I double check and the wheels were actually green at first with no mention ever on the for sale thread(I didn't even notice the volk box they were shipped in said green), I sent him a message about this almost a week ago with no reply. Also when I had the wheel repair guy come out to fix the curb damage he told me that there was touch up paint all over the rim and that the curb damaged wasn't from shipping it was from being curbed..lol. Edmbimmer is a liar and shady, in the for sale thread all his MECA people were vouching and backing him up so he felt he could just keeping running with it. Well gigs up man, you intentionally tried to hide the curb rash and intentionally didn't mention that the rims were painted green.:thumbup:

yes negative feedback was left, just go to his feedback page and you can see everything, he left me negative feedback also just to be spiteful, fully aware that he's a liar.

No offense, but putting someone on your ignore list after you sold them something they are not happy with is not the best way of handling things... and saying you do not care is making it seem like you did know they were curbed and that your punishment is just leaving bad rep and feedback on here and not making the buyer happy. This is what it just seems like. Yes the box says green so he cant complain about that, but....He is on my ignore list. Hence why I didn't see his PM.

Even if the original color was on the box, he should have stated was done to the wheels instead of selling them as they were always that color. Everything about the product should be out in the open when making a sale.

Also, just so we can see what type of person EdmBimmer is, this is what he had to say when I first brought the issue to him word for word:

The box does not say "green.". It says "GR". I wouldn't have realized it meant green. If the wheels were advertised as black, I might have thought it meant some crazy jdm shit like "gloss" something. False advertising on an expensive item is what it would seem to be.
