Because it's a Rickerman tune ;)

I'm getting built this summer though so we can maximize the turbo.

I highly recommend installing the twin port IWG75 Turbosmart wastegate, it will help a lot with your spool up.

I have been through 2 EFR turbos and about 6 wastgates, always have issues and never happy (heat related, rod snapping, not holding boost well enough etc).

If I were you my next path would be a built engine and direct port meth injection (if no access to E85), then you will make some big numbers and rev to 8,600rpm
