I have heard people talking about this. I cant here any detonation, but was wondering if this was more than likely what it was? It still pulls OK, but definitely not like the previous 2k RPM. And all you lucky People with a tune out there, did your Tune get rid of this problem?

Yes the Factory Re-flash made a huge difference in my 4.5 to 7k rpm pull. HUGE!

The Unichip solved this issue with me. Car is very smooth all the way through red line now! I dont believe the car is detonating up top, I think there is just too much fuel in the cylinder, and its choking.

I agree with you here. It is running oddly rich in the upper end and could so benefit from a tune for sure. Then no more issues! Well...hopefully. :godance:

It's just overly rich, so the power isn't smooth.

Yes the Works tune smoothed out the entire powerband for me. It's a whole different car.
