I recently installed ETS carbon fiber intake for my evo 10 and recently there was idle issue, when I checked I saw this hole in my intake pipe, I usually boost at 21 psi, what can be the reason for this hole? I know some people who use HKS SSQV IV BOV with ets intake but they don’t have this problem.

Looks almost like it could have rubbing against that BOV and wore through the intake.

Yeah, that looks like it was pushed towards the intake pipe and broke off.

blow off valve should have been relocated properly with the tuning that came with the ETS intake closer to the lower intercooler pipe.
