Evo 10 aftermarket intake pipe broken

I recently installed ETS carbon fiber intake for my evo 10 and recently there was idle issue, when I checked I saw this hole in my intake pipe, I usually boost at 21 psi, what can be the reason for this hole? I know some people who use HKS SSQV IV BOV with ets intake but they don’t have this problem. View attachment 289887
