Coilover kits are starting to pop up for the Evo X.
Ohlins DFV, $3890 USD
HKS Hipermax III Sport, $2315 USD
JIC FLT-TAR, $1530 USD
JIC FLT-FAS, $1250 USD
CUSCO Zero 2E, $2030

I think I'll go for the JIC :p but they wont be available until early March.

8/9 full track 6/7 street (max comfort) both are faster at the track and even at the "low " ride height the the ride is simply amazing.

Coming to North NJ next week you up for an install?
Waiting on finalizing a X still. After I take delivery, I will be getting into suspension right away. I learned my lesson the hard way with my VIII by doing some power mods first. With this new X, I will be taking a much more appropriate approach with. So, I will have to say no at this point. Sorry. Can't do an install if I don't have the car yet. So, the 'full track' at 8/9 rates....will this be too aggressive for the DD who will be a somewhat frequent track day participant? Or would you suggest the street rated springs for this?

I haven't asked this yet, but will 'nils' be upgrading to the new chassis? He has done very well with his current Evo, and was wondering if he was steppin it up to the new X. Just currious...I hope so :)

Those wheels are Enkei NT0-3s powdercoated black size 18x9.5 +40mm offset with 25mm spacer in front.

Tires are 265-35-18s and 275-35-18s will fit with no rubbing, no modifications whatsoever. If you think that looks hot, you should hear it. He has a catback STRAIGHT PIPE on it and it sounds simply amazing! It passed the "wife" test when he started it for me.... so that should say something...

the car hasn't objected to anything but you do need to refit the tire pressure sensors and recalibrate..
Sure Wire transfer the money Please PM for details
cool. what is involved with refitting the pressure sensors and then 'recalibrating?'

Any links to where I can buy these?

JIC FLT-FAS
I can pm you when I get my quote from my hook-up with JIC products if you want ;) KW makes a really great priduct. So I may go with that through Robi. I am venturing into full suspension before power/tuning mods.

You have to swap over the existing sensors that come with the wheels from the factory. The sensors are usually incorporated in the valve stem. So you will have to run the factory stem/TPMS (tire pressure monitoring sensor) in each of the new wheels you mount on the car. Then there should be a simple process of recalibrating. Every car has a method, and I am unaware if the new X's method of recal.
