This is the list of everything needed to swap an Evo X turbo onto a Ralliart. If its not listed, the Ralliart has the same part # and can be reused on the new turbo setup. This list should be comprehensive and complete. Its even broken down into required and recommended pieces.
Prices are list prices from Mitsubishi.

Required (a complete turbo assembly off an X should include all of this):

1515A183 (1515A198) Turbocharger $2,022.79
1555A476 Exhaust manifold $514.82
MN119784 Exhaust stud x2 (these will not come out of your Ralliart turbo without breaking) $9.73 x2
1515A150 Turbo Outlet pipe $62.20
1515A184 Turbo to manifold gasket $44.10
1555A289 Turbo to 02 housing gasket $40.37
1555A423 O2 housing $171.77
1225a155 Oil feed line $27.22
1225A181 Oil return line $75.97
1310A469 Coolant return pipe $12.10
1310A577 Coolant feed pipe $25.20
MF650114 coolant banjo bolt x2 $7.37 x2
MF660065 coolant banjo bolt gasket x4 $0.95 x4
1542A042 Inlet elbow $61.08
1515A053 Inlet elbow gasket $10.10
1570B095 Downpipe $304.52 (it would be cheaper just to get an AMS widemouth downpipe instead of stock Evo downpipe and O2 housing)
3078.50 + 27.22 +304.52 total list.
1055.71 + 27.22 + 304.52 without new OEM turbo

Recommended but not required to work:
1555A320 O2 housing bracket 19.08
MR258477 Oil return line gasket 1.53
1515A166 Compressor housing bracket 19.08
MF140264 Compressor housing bracket bolt 2.23
MF140260 Compressor housing bracket bolt 1.30
MR281085 Turbo outlet pipe gasket (same as Ralliart but new ones are recommended) 4.65

47.87 total list.

Of course you can add in aftermarket parts, etc. this is just the OEM stuff. Thanks for reading :)

been there done that. This is the exact list I used. Be sure to get X spark plugs as well (they aren't the same heat value). I bought OEM plugs for my build.

Should give AMS props for putting this list together though... I think it was Chris or Eric.

I'm all for it brother. These forums don't have as much or enough RA information as the "other one" imo. I wish EvoX was my 1 stop shop for keeping up to date on the RA platform.

actually i think Bryan @ GST had a thread about just a tune and a boost pill in a RA = Stock X HP or a little better. This graph shows a RA with Boost Pill and GST Basemap (orange yellow) vs a X GSR Stock (blue). Adding the bolt ons makes it more of a beast yet.

Sounds about right, the stock evo x is dog slow without bolt ons + tune + turbo upgrade

What is crazy is you can buy a used Stock Evo X Turbo setup all day for under $500 with all those parts. I wouldn't say that list is stealing, i mean there is only one correct and complete list anyways. :innocent:

In a straight line, yes on a road course it gets a bit more expensive but still possible and miiiight be cheaper than just buying an Evo (but don't quote me on that).

Just thought I should mention the following part has had its part number changed:

MD194403 Oil return line gasket 1.53

The new part number is MR258477

I was told this from the Mitsu dealer I got this part from.
got it :) bless someones soul if they bought all this brand new good power though

x turbo + support mods = 360+ish whp + clutch packs + sst cooler :) happy ralliart

I think those numbers are on the very generous side. I have all ams and x turbo and see 300 on Dyno dynamics. Maybe with a more extreme tune up to 340ish but those numbers seem very high on pump gas 91 or 93. Maybe e85.

i suggested 360whp @ 26psi since a X with bolt-ons can do it so i assume a ralliart would be able to do it as well with x-swap right?

I'm at 300 at 24 peak right now. I'm just saying 360 would be the very high end of the scale... 360+ is a silly statement. That or maybe our Canadian dynos read really low or your read really high. Our elevation isn't very crazy high either...
