Hi,
I use a 2.0 Open port Taktrix cable Rev. H, Evoscan 2.9.
I have already a failure in the 4WD system.
unfortunatly i cannot read DTC's from the AYC
Have i adapt the open port cable for connecting.
i attach two screenshots from the Evoscan - i tried every protokol but no connect.
The Engine ECU i can connect without problems
Perhaps someone can help

sorry, it seems nobody knows how to read the DTC´s from the AYC ECU

but i tried to bleed the AYC Pump with a bleeding unit from a company from the UK, and no noise in the pump at switch on! I changed the pump 300km ago with a brand new pump from Mitsubishi! Than i knocked on the motor of the pump and it was starting, i testet the actuators, all working, no air in the lines.
So the problem was the motor (again) - had the same 500km ago also with a brand new pump from Mitsubishi (warrenty exchange).
Now i drive about 50km and testet the S-AYC, all worked fine.
Hope the pumpe will not die!

Hi,
pump died again, now i have a replacement electric motor installed, it seems that it worked. But if the AYC have to work often (in snow or gravel) there comes a failure message in the dash that the 4WD require a service.
after starting the engine the e-motor of the AYC Pump starts und build up pressure.
After some interactions of the AYC the message aproach und the motor stops.
After starting the engine the pressure is rising to 10 Bar, then on the first working of the pump, the pressure rises 15 Bar. After more interaction of the AYC the pressure drops to 7 Bar and then the e-motor dont get power to start again.
