I recently installed a down pipe and test pipe but im not getting boost or hearing the turbo whistle, anyone know what could be wrong??

Do you have aftermarket intake?

I do have a aftermarket intake but not tuned

Def get it tuned if you installed a downpipe and test pipe do not go under boost not safe

If the turbo was working before, make sure your wastegate is hooked up and that the actuator is connected to the valve. Check for boost leaks as well. And yes, you need a tune with a downpipe/test pipe but that won't fix your no-boost problem.
