Extreme Turbo Systems Is the best company ever, And they also have the best customer service. i bought a down-pipe from them and after a few months of use my divorced down-pipe fell off. I contacted ETS and they informed me that the first few downpipes they made had this problem and at first we talked about just getting a replacment 02 dump and braket sent to me but today i recived this message.

Hey Hye,

I'm going to send you a new downpipe all together with a flex section. I don't want you to worry about welding it up. Downpipe is done today and it will go out. I will put a call tag in the box for the old one.

If this is not The best customer service i dont know what is THANK YOU so much ETS and mike for all of your help and this is another reason why when i buy parts i buy ETS

I am a ETS dealer and I have nothing but good things to say about those guys. I know there great with direct customers but even from a vendor stand point there one of the best out there.

Michael is a great guy and his end user and vendor customer support and willingness to help is top notch.

It would be awesome if that didnt happen in the first place. The labor alone installing the dp the first time is a lot of work. Thats great they r replacing it. It was defected.

I do agree with you. But every company makes mistakes and the difference between companies is how they deal with their problems and how they right their wrongs and personally i believe ETS did a great job.
