Its clean but you want to try and eliminate the halo around objects. Also use some layers and eliminate the coloring off of the vehicles paint and that would clean it up even more! Practice Practice

Looks good, IMHO I would take the yellow out of the light, maybe blue-ish white to match car window. Also try lens flare on the head light as focal point, with some green, and yellow like building windows.

Did you bump up the clarity a lot? That usually makes the halo worse. But like Slvr2000 said, you can always fix it with masks.
