Never used it, it came with the car. Looks like it was barely used aside from the minor surface scratch on the surface. Retail is usually 170-160 that I've seen. 100 shipped, I will cover PP fees. As per someones question, there is no "springs" to be swapped out. You determine the spring tension by turning the knob on the top.

How would I do that? I know he ran it on the car for a bit....and it has a little knob on the top with a + in one direction and a - in the other. My assumption would this increases/decreases pressure on the spring inside.

There ya go. Doesn't have swappable springs. Turn the knob to set your PSI
