Last week we had a long time customer of ours return his tastefully modified Evo X MR to us for another round of modifications. We are the only shop that has touched his car, and it's great to see this trend continue. The main reason for the cars return was cooling upgrades to make sure the 4B11T under the hood and the SST Twin Clutch Transmission remained in the correct operating temperatures. To achieve this we looked to Greddy for their assistance by using their Engine and SST Coolers. Installation of these units were sure to keep this MR cool and happy whether it is cruising down I-75 or spending a day on track at Road Atlanta. The SST Cooler is a pump driven component so installation of toggle switch was a necessary part of the process. Along with coolers we also installed a oil catch can from Greddy and a fresh set of Hawk HP-S brake pads.

Stay tuned for more threads and updates on this Evo X MR as the customer returns shortly for a full Forged Performance in-house Transmission Build with an assortment of just released Dodson components!

nice...is there external pump on that sst cooler?
Addition of a fan to the SST cooler and some type of pricing point and when this would be released would be great. Really looking forward to some updates!
looks good! thanks for the install images.
Man that makes the front end look like poop with the two blue coolers showing in the lights were.

Is he going to install some mesh so it covers it a bit?
Great installs, will be excited to see how the dodson build goes!
are the holes in the undertray required for the greddy coolers.
The SST cooler is almost $1000 more then the Oil Cooler, not cool when the difference is really just the inline pump.
Awesome pictures. Getting jealous now.

-It says Perrin right on the coupling.

Look again. Thanks. Perrin is the intercooler and pipe's are Cobb

:p
i am not a fan of these design. I think it is seriously limits the coolers capacity even though the tranny got a cooler (which help for sure. Also the bottom open cooling is more exposed for damages. Like rocks etc on the road.

I can see the passion and the quality work here , but i have a problem to understand the design. specially after i saw the oem bumber did go back in place without modification to help to over come the blocked air for the oem cooler. Also the under panel left wide open. But its not my car so, i just mentioned it, leave it or take it.
