Nope. Bought it slightly used without them. PMs answered
Just to let you know they do not come with studs. The turbo has two studs and you use two bolts too.
Edit:
Whoops i was one of the first people to buy this manifold and they did not send a hardware kit with it. I ended up just cutting two bolts shorter so they would fit.
