So going through the boxes of "stock" parts for my car I find a boomba fuel rail and an AMS fuel rail. Both appear used and it looks like there's a stock one on the car.

What should I do?

The car was supposed to have the boomba one installed from before I bought it, the AMS one I knew nothing about.

So would my tune need to be adjusted or anything or can I just put one of these on and put the other up for sale?

I dont think you going to need A Retune for that and I dont even think a fuel rail adds power, maybe just looks and better flow?

Sell them, unless your running a large turbo they aren't needed

I've got a BBX turbo, right now my 1100's are maxed out on my E85 tune. Would installing either of these help bring the idc down? and most importantly do I need a tune after installing?

What is their IDC right now? Fuel Rail helps bring IDC down and you shouldn't need a retune

Injector Duty Cycle. How often they pulse. 100% is essentially wide open. After 120% you're fucked.
