Coming up on 22k miles on my gsr, its a'14 thats been lightly driven and never beaten. Looking to change all the fluids, what exactly needs to be changed? And what fluids do you recommend?

Engine oil 5w-30 5.4 qts (I run mobil 1 synthetic)
Transmission 2.7 qts (I run the redline cocktail)
Transfer Case .85 qt (oem fluid)
Rear Diff .6 qt (oem fluid)

The oem fluid and the cocktail are sold by multiple vendors here on the forum.

Thanks for info, I'll be doing the same also. Haven't gotten around too cause when I bought my Evo last year stock clutch was replaced, didn't think it was necessary.

2 sections on the rear diff. Differential mechanism & Torque transfer mechanism. One part (Diff) takes Dia queen LSD gear oil, the other (Torque) takes Diamond ATF-SP III. About 0.6qt a piece.

whats the oem fluid for the transfer case?

No. Use the link to the service manual.
T-Case and one section of the rear diff use LSD gear oil. The other section of the rear diff uses the ATF.
