how much mpg are u guys getting? my car is bone stock and i treat her well (except when I get hyper sometimes)...i don't do crazy launches, I drive 70 using cruise control on the highway, shift b/w 3-3.5 and the best I can get is 18mpg!? I know it's an evo but damn! Reviews say mpg should be 17-22mpg, so why am I at the end of that spectrum?? Also please add highest number of miles you can drive without refilling! Mine was 230-something miles...peace :dancebanana:

My car is stock as well and i drive pretty much the same as you.
During my highway drive i drive around 70-75 and have gotten up to 24 mpg but am usually around 22, 23. Once i start driving around town ittl drop to around 20. Not sure how many miles on a tank iv gotten though havent really checked.

happened to me too before...damn Sunoco has 87 89 91 93...i asked the guy behind the counter and says 93 is only for ferraris/lambos so i went with 91 :duh:

gotta love mpg talks about evo's... I am used to paying 9 bucks a gallon for any damn vehicle so paying 3-3.5 for a gallon is a joke... I just wish we had a little bigger gas tank so I wouldnt spend the time to gas up lol. If you do care about your MPG get a pruis

here we are again with another gas thread... neways im getting 20-23 mpg with calm daily driving 50/50 city and highway... but i have gotten 12mpg MANY times... from agressive driving..

It's all about keeping a steady speed on the highway, coasting as soon as you see that you'll be stopping or slowing down, and accelerating very steadily and slowly.

mhm, 50-55.....gotta hate driving in virginia so fucking slow! lol but there is so much congestion during rush hour, i thought traffic was bad driving from san diego to fresno during rush hour...psh 2 hrs to go 100 miles in bumper to bumper in LA.
