If that's how you feel, then go for it.
Yeah, I guess. I have 5,000 miles right now. Some people with the same mods say they blew their motor at 10,000 miles. That's crazy

I don't think an intake and exhaust is what blown motors are made of. I think it's something called too much "boost" combined with "bad tuning" that causes failures.I've been reading the thread "blown motors" and after hearing all of those horror stories I think I should go back to stock. I don't want to have to worry about paying $$$$ for something that wouldn't have happened if I was stock.

My Evo is tuned for 27psi and occasionally hits 28psi, your very conservative at 24psi, you should be completely fine. Don't let pointless engine worries ruin the fun you can have in this car.Yeah I probably am just being paranoid. Its hard not to be you know? I don't think I am over boosting, at WOT I've been up to 28 at the most, usually it's around 24. It's nice hearing about you guys with a lot of miles though.

No, its pretty easy to not be paranoid. Ignorance is bliss right?Yeah I probably am just being paranoid. Its hard not to be you know?
your motor is going to die a very slow and horrible death....the evo x is extremely unreliable. You are doing the right thing selling it off while loosing money on it. Yes, you are 100% justified in being afraid.
