almost the same thing happened when i dealt with SFR when i had my Genesis coupe. 6 months it took to get a front grill. after that i've always stuck with very well known vendors. might pay a little more, but its worth it knowing you'll actually get what you paid for

Oh for sure. The mods have done nothing about it since he paid as a "gift" through paypal. We arent dealing with some "John Smith" guy, this is an actual "reputable" company. It shouldnt matter how it was paid for, this is a vendor on evom therefore evom should take care of it.

Why in the world would you "gift" anyways? The only time I send payment over paypal as gift if it is a gift... Well... or, I actually know the person in RL and just live in a different city/state.

Its probably because it was to a company rather than a person.. He probably figured with Gruppe-S, they were a vendor and a reputable brand.

For example, I wouldnt have a problem PayPaling DSG a "Gift" for parts.
