Just got a carbon gurney flap from rexpeed in the mail and it doesnt have any adhesive or instructions or anything, was wondering what most use to install?

You could buy some K1 Betalink which is an automotive glue for installing spoilers, lips, add ons ect.

Betalink-K1 (BMW part Number 82-69-9-408-866).BMW dealer $12.75 + tax comes in a complete set with sand paper, glue, cleaner, applicator, cleaner.

Yes I like it as well. I believe the 2012's Aero cars are coming with the smaller gf.
My 2008 Aero equipped, SSS equipped GSR came with the OEM gurney flap.

The Aero kit actually adds a shit ton: gurney flap to an SSS wing, MR-Touring lip to the trunk without an SSS wing, side skirts, rear corner extensions, front lip, brake air guides...
