[Evo X_X']

is this something i should attempt myself?

i bought the car with the blown head gasket, well at least i suspect its blown. coolant drains into the oil...anyways im pretty good with tools but im not a full blown car mechanic. my friend knows quite a bit about cars and can probably help me. is it a difficult change? and i figured since this car was obviously beat on...i should go ahead and change the 'old' timing chain for the 2011 evo timing chain. just for peace of mind. is there alot involved with that part? is there anything else i should look into changing 'while im in there?'
