You could get some header heat wrap and wrap up that area making sure there is some gap in between muffler and underbody
HELP: Styrofoam toolkit has been melting on my stock 2011 Evo X MR
As the title says, I decided to check under the carpet and found that the middle part of the styrofoam where the tools are located have simply MELTED, including my safety triangle which is mandatory here in Belgium. See pictures attached.
What do I do? Do I buy some kind of metal plate to stop this from happening? I really don't know where to start with this mess.
