So I just put some hids in my girlfriends lancer and they work fine when you turn the lights on but when you turn them off so it's in drl mode then the right light flickers. I'm assuming this is because its only getting half ass power unless the lights are actually turned on.

I'm sure lots of you guys are running hids so hopefully you can help.

Probably have to use a relay is what I'm thinking.

They Are cheap. Ddm tuning 50 bucks a kit. But I'm running the same ones in my truck and a bunch of my buddies vehicles and haven't had any problems

The drl used less power than the hid requires. I have to keep my light switch on all the time to keep lights working. When u turn off and pull e brake it will shut the lights off.
