Running into a little issue.

I can run 27psi all day with no issues on my black.

When I try to run 28psi, I'll end up getting an overboost CEL (P0234) even though I shouldn't.

• My target boost is 28.2psi. My actual boost is ~27.8 (this is on purpose - for now).
• In the logs, my WGDC correction is zero. I set it up so it will only reduce WGDC if I overboost, but it won't add it if I underboost.
• My max load values are all as high as they can go (319), so that's not the issue.
• The only thing I have left to do is to increase my boost cut timer, which I really don't want to do. I have it set to 1500ms right now, which I'd prefer to keep.

Short of raising my boost cut timer, is there anything else I can do to prevent this?

What kind of loads are you hitting at 27 and 28psi? Do you have any logs of this happening you can post?

Have you adjusted your WG recently? If so, you might have gone a lil too tight...

I'm technically not overboosting, that's what's frustrating. I am, however, going beyond my max allowed load - but my max allowed load is as high as it goes.

Been tinkering around some more.

The only way I can find around this so far was to raise my boost cut delay timer to 4 seconds. Not really happy about that.

Yea we had that issue with the Evo 8 and 9 as well. We then ROM-modded so we could use load x2 so 319 was no longer the highest fuel cut load allowed.

I *Believe* it was Mrfred who did this mod. I would either contact him or Tephra and they could probably do the same thing for the 10.

It would be handy now that there are more higher power 10's out.

The other option is to lower the Load the car sees. This is complicated, but sometimes cars have things scaled wrong and end up giving too high of a Load value.

Yes, Richard did, contact him to be ported to roms. However you will still have the actual load logged capped at 400 in the rom (not boost cut but actual load ceiling) until load is converted to 4byte.
