I went to a local dealer and they have a new PB 2011 gsr on sale for 32k is that a good deal or do i have any wiggle room to lower the price?

sounds on spot, bought my 2011 for $31.5

My 2011 GSR sight and sound and the nice shift knob and parking brake grip with 4 miles was 35k
