Before Teh Evoh Ecks, I also had the same confession. This car is the only one I've ever put a crush washer on, and my other car, I still don't do it. Could be because the Evo is my first brand new car... the other car I bought with 11k miles on it and it cost 1/5 as much as the Evoconfession: never replaced crush washer in my life, never had an oil plug leak in my life. Sounds like something else would have caused the leak, but hey, at least it's covered.
