this has the perfect sound not too loud not to growly but just like a rally car with that popping sound that I am looking for . Any idea how to make my car sound like this especially to get that popping sound when shifting. I looked alot through the threads but couldnt find one that sounds like that .

Lol, I think this guy is running a 3 inch exhaust with a TP. The reason why it pops like that is because most likely he's not tune and running really rich. You actually don't want that.

Thanks all yeah just got a new evo x. I am thinking of putting ets v2 quiet edition cause I just want it to sound good but not loud that it will get annoying after time and long driving .

Like les said, just any Turbo Back exhaust with a test pipe should do that. and 2 step comes stock.
Heres a good quality video of my car with a ETS 02 dump down pipe, test pipe, and 3" Y to two 2.5" pipes.

lol not really I am new at this and new to driving manual(I will get my gsr this Tuesday). From what I understand is that whenever you press down the clutch all the way down and press on the gas the car will limit the RPM to protect your transmission and give you the quickest launch?

clutch brake gas all down at once. slowly let go of brake and slide out clutch while right foot still on gas.

ANYWAYS, if you want your car to backfire (which these guys are right, not exactly a good thing) get it tuned on one of the hottest days of the year and when its colder out your car will be running rich (which is better than lean but not ideal still) and youll backfire like a mofo.

this is true. my car is not tuned properly at the moment and it gargles and pops constantly (af reading shows about 10.2 at wot). i like the sound, but my car didn't sound like this when i had the tune.

that seemed like a kick ass launch to me. what are you doing to get it so perfect? i can never seem to launch as crisp as that...
