Does somebody know how to change the stock launch control to higher rpm than 5000 for sst car to use the sparkcut patch to higher rpm than 4600rpm on stock ecu

what you can do do, because you have a very rare evo.
You can change the rom ID to a regular evo gsr ID by doing a bench flash
maybe your problem will be resolve

How the stock launch control is control, by throttle position?? Fuel??
Because my only solution now is to switch to syvecs ECU
