His issue is he's setting the limiter in the wrong place. The divider only affects the primary rev limiter, the stationary is what he would need to set. And to get backfires timing has to be drastically retarded. But as stated in the original post, it's hard on parts doing that and can damage parts

I repost this comment because I still have this problem!

Does somebody know how to change the stock launch control to higher rpm than 5000 for sst car to use the sparkcut patch to higher rpm than 4600rpm on stock ecu or how to by-pass the stock LC with wire ,relay switch...

How the stock launch control is control, by throttle position?? Fuel??

Because my only solution now is to switch to syvecs ECU

You gotta get the tactrix and pay for the tephra program for better tuning options
