Below is the log that I took when it first happened.

I'm currently getting tuned by CHAG and I've been having some issues with car getting super lean and bogging out under boost. I was told to check my FPR VAV Line, and Fuel pump assembly feed line.
I checked over both even took apart all fuel lines and still nothing. How do I go about fixing this problem? All responses will be acknowledged. Thanks, in advanced!!!

MODS:
450 walbro, ID1300, 3.5 MAP intake, Radium fuel rail and FPR, AMS 3.5 intercooler and UICP, MAP Cast Manifold, GT35 Turbo, Upgraded wastegate, Tial BPV, AMS Downpipe.

Only recommendation is start with a smaller bit and then work your way up
