Has anyone routed their vacuum lines through the firewall to have the manual boost controller inside the car? Seems like it would be very convenient to just extend the lines so you can adjust boost without getting out of the car. Sorry if it's a repost! :thumbup:

Yes I put in the AEM Tru-boost I ran the wiring through the steering wheel coulmn. Just remove the plastic piece and it is pretty easy after that.

The Tru-boost is an electronic boost controller, right? I guess it would be the same principle of using a manual controller. I've just never seen a manual boost controller inside the cabin before.

Yes, the Truboost is an EBC and it's also a boost gauge. It's a nice all in one.

I've just never seen a manual boost controller inside the cabin before.

when you route the vacuum line inside the cabin just be careful to run the shortest amount as possible b/c boost spiking becomes an issue the longer the vacuum line.

The plastic piece only has one plastic screw holding it on, very easy to take off.
