I like how it has a full sized GSR wheel for a spare lol

We should feel lucky that we are able to drive $100,000 cars lol

Yup, here in India they have a proper tire for a spare, usually with the alloy wheels too! The duty here on iported cars is 120% approximately, which baloons the cost to more than double..sucks!

I had no desire to read an indian review of the evo. I don't know why, just don't take much credibility.

But I did notice this in my quick scan of it:
The ASC has 3 settings :
  • ASC ON: This is the default setting and it has the ability to severely limit throttle input and apply the brakes to keep the car going in the direction that you point it in. Of course this only kicks in when you need it.
  • ASC OFF: One short press of the ASC button will get you into this mode. Its less aggressive when limiting throttle input, and does not use any braking to slow down or control the car.
  • ASC FULL-OFF: Keep the ASC button pressed for 3 seconds. This is called “full off” but it just means it’s the maximum you can possibly disable the system. In tarmac mode, this sends about 80% of the power to the rear wheels and doesn’t continuously re-distribute or change this ratio at all. Unlike the STis, there’s no way to manually adjust the ratio of power between the front and rear axles.
Just solidified the fact that this review is meaningless.

Wow that is long. I'll have to check it out after work.

"Enkei cast alloy for the full-sized spare tyre (it’s the standard alloy design on the lower-variant EVOs worldwide)" - hahaha, wouldn't say it's a lower variant, but what do I know? I'm still waiting on my to hit the states

Don't make me hate you now...lol.

But point taken, that was a blatant error. God knows where he pulled that info out of. )(

I should clarify. I am white but they called me the honorary brown kid in school. My closest friends are Indian. I didn't mean that in a racist way, if that makes sense.

"STEERING FEEL
Another surprise is that the steering on the EVO is fairly light. Though not quite as light as an EPS-hatchback, its definitely not as tight or heavy as a Fiesta or Civic. Add to that, there is zero feedback. There’s really no telling what the front wheels are upto. There’s very little tyre squeal and the steering doesn’t communicate anything back to the driver. Its like a videogame. Point and shoot. Mpower stacked this up against his e36 M3 in comparison, which is razor sharp and lets you know what you’re doing. Personally, I enjoy the chuckability of a light steering, but could have really used some communication from the front tyres for a more involving and rewarding driving experience."
