There is a suspension tuning company named "Muellerized" after the owner, Jon Mueller. He is based out of Costa Mesa, CA. Just look up muellerized in google and you can take a look.
I get my alignments done through them. They make you fill out a 3 page questionaire to evaluate how to setup up your alignment settings to your specific interests. Tire longevity vs lap times, ride comfort vs grip, etc.
Jon is a very nice guy and explains exactly how and why changes are made to the cars. He explains the basic concepts of contact patch, ASC controls, entry/exit techniques while he gives you a short test ride to make sure the settings are correct.
I've heard people say hes a professional race car driver. I don't know that for a fact, but the man can surely drive. He was telling me they do instructional driving for clients all over California.
Hope my essay answers the question.
EDIT: Looks like people beat me to it.
