Why did the dealer do the ACD, REar Diff for me at 15k then?Generally the early oil changes are recommended to remove any metal shavings from break in. I never heard of doing the tranny that early, only engine.
For what its worth I swapped out the stock fluids to Motul (ACD, Rear Diff, an Tranny) at 15k. Owners manual suggest 30k for that service.
Id get your motor oil changed first and formost, then worry about the tranny stuff if you want to later down the road.
Does it? IDK but I could have sworn it said 5k was acceptable but there was no way I was going to risk that. The manual recomends 3k on engine oil. There is no way the dealer would let you claim you can follow anything but severe schedule with this car.
?? No idea, mitsu dealers are retarded for the most part anywayWhy did the dealer do the ACD, REar Diff for me at 15k then?
I had cobb do my SST trans fluid at 10k as a safety. It didnt call for it until 30k.
The manual recommends 3k oil changes in "severe" conditions. If you're tracking your car or beat on it constantly, yes, change at 3k.The manual recomends 3k on engine oil. There is no way the dealer would let you claim you can follow anything but severe schedule with this car.
Not what the warranty manual says. If you care at allThe manual recommends 3k oil changes in "severe" conditions. If you're tracking your car or beat on it constantly, yes, change at 3k.
Otherwise, the manual recommends 5k oil changes.
:+1:Not what the warranty manual says. If you care at allit deals with slow commuting, temp, environment etc Not only "how hard you beat on it".
Literally read it again for the 3rd time yesterday. Trying to find a loop hole for a catback:+1:
Hahahaha thats first..Cause stock exhaust sounds like a retarded wheezing squirrel.
