so, here is a list of the mods...
Works downpipe, and recilculate valve, invidia exhaust, ets intercooler and piping, ID1000 and 245 pump, injen intake and filter, radium double oil catch can, forge internals, and GTX3076R turbo (with the 3inch inlet and banjo bolt)

tune on 93, oil pressure and air/fuel ratio are normal.

here is the kicker, it blows black smoke as soon as turbo kicks in and oil consumption goes off the roof (about a quart a wee, depending how hard I run it). but if Im just cruising and usually under 3k rpms, there is no issue.

we have replaced the pcv valve and the problem persists, sent the turbo to get checked and they found a little amount of oil (which they said its normal) and the turbo its still in great condition. run compression test and they are well within the range on all cylinders, no coolant declined, did a smoke test and there are no leaks. found that there's some oil going to the spark plugs though (but compressions are still strong so idk), also checked stem seals and still good.

car runs amazing otherwise, super strong, no weird noises.

Im sure someone must know what's going on. the builder of the engine, my mechanic, my tuner and I are baffled, the only thing we can think of is the return line for the turbo.
any help or suggestion is welcome.

Are the catch cans filling up?
Is there oil in your upper intercooler pipe?
What part of the spark plugs is getting wet with oil? Sparky side or ceramic side?
Black smoke says too much fuel to me, blueish white would be burning oil...

catch cans are dry, no oil in upper intercooler, and the sparky side is the wet one. super weird. oh, and the smoke is just part of the issue, the oil consumption is what's worrying me. and afr are normal...seems like I have symptoms for different issues and all inconclusive

only thing i can think of is valve seals, but im not sure how to check those off the top of my head...

Talked to Garrett today and since I have a built motor with forge internals the hoses should be bigger (allow more air) so, this weekend we are testing the crankcase pressure and upgrade hoses accordingly. I will post results once I'm done.
