Heated oxygen sensor offset circuit low voltage​

Anyone ever thrown this code? This pertains to the front sensor, I've replaced the entire sensor and wiring back to the plug inside the car and I still get the code. Before I start messing with more wires or ECU pinouts, I'm just wondering if someone else has dealt with this...

It's just a normal pain if it on a cold start.

Hmmm I have only seen it during cold start ups on a few cars running E85. Yours is a constant code?

Yeah, constant code, even after replacing the sensor.

Any way to fix this? I am now getting it after I put in an AEM WideBand
