Well I made a last minute change of plans yesterday, and it really paid off.

I went to PRS (Performance Race Solutions) in Orlando after they contacted me on EvoM, and I had them tune my newly "finished" build at there facility.

Mike (their tuner) tuned me on the shop's Mustang AWD Dyno.

The car has the following modifications:

Darton Sleeved 90mm bore block
JE 10.0:1 CR Pistons
Manley TT Rods
MAP Stage 3 Head (+1mm valves)
ETS V-Band 6266 Turbokit and all ic piping (4" intercooler)
Buschur Double Pumper
FIC 2150cc injectors
GSC S2 cams
Artisan race back exhaust

My car was tuned on E85 and peak boost was 32psi. The result was 595whp and 485 ft-lbs.

The car feels amazing and I would recommend PRS to anyone looking for a shop to perform work or tune your Evo.

Sorry there is not an rpm at the bottom, and it starts kinda late in the rpm.
The link below is a video of one of the pulls. This Mustang reads consistently 18% lower than most DynoJets, so about 700 on a DynoJet. I will post the virtual Dyno results when I get them as well.

Holy shit man. I bet that thing is a monster. I got a chubby from that video.
Nice numbers! Do they do alot of work on evos?
And there dyno reads low compared to other mustang dynos around the area That thing must be a bullet !!!
Yea, they have a shop evo also. Besides mine just yesterday there were 4 others that are having stuff done to them.

You bet, I am having to learn to drive it again.

On one of the pulls it made 570 hp and he brought up Virtual Dyno to compare and it read 692 hp.
Man that thing must be a beast! Do you live in Orlando?
No, I-95 exit 1 in GA. PRS is actually in Sanford. It is about 2.5 hours from me.
Lovely lovely. Cant wait to see the vd results :)
18% is a big difference between a dynojet. I don't want to bother starting dyno debates lol, so I will wait for the VD plots. Were the VD plots you were talking about taken from the dyno run?

Regardless, your car is beast! Loving it and can't wait to see some track times or more vids on the street or something.
Fantastic! DId they happen to do a boost plot?
Thats crazy power! Can't wait for the VD graph!

I am not sure, but I will ask.
Bad......ass....
Wow.... Now i want to go with 2.2 instead 2.4 stroker ...just so I can rev it high
That thing is no joke
very impressive:rock:

Well, I can't rev it too high right now. We were having problems with ignition at higher boost levels combined with higher revs. I also would like it to spool a little earlier. I was planning on going 2.4, but ran out of funds to support the Manley crank. I f you can afford it, I say go with it. It sould still rev to 9K no problem.

Reving stroker higher than 8 k rpms is freaking risky.... Cant live like that lol

I will probably end up with stroker because my crank is probably fucked
Update: 3/6/12

I went back to PRS and tried to get some issues smoothed out. I am still having random missfires. Even on back to back runs without changing anything. One run the car will be great, and we do another pull and it will break up. Even at 28 psi it breaks up.

Mike got me a super nice and smooth graph and boost plot (that I will try to get up later) with smoothing at 1 of 99 and you would think it was set to75 or so. Then we took it on the street and it started breaking up sooner than I had experienced it before, around 5800rpm.

We put brand new spark plugs in after I arived, they swapped out the coils to some spare evo x coils they had. Mike tried advancing timing, retarding timing, lowering boost, nothing seems to help, so I'm going to leave the car at PRS so they can look into the issue more. I think they are going to try swaping out the injectors also.\

I will keep you updated when I find out more.
