I have a 2013 lancer se just got and Ecm had a faulty pcm got a used pcm and won’t work since I have to program new vin to Ecm it reads system error don’t know much about this stuff and was wondering if possible without going to dealership since closest dealership is 6 hours away if I could program it with original vin with any tool that’s cheap and won’t cost me too much as would a dealership
