Just wondering if anyone knows a good/reputable place on Long Island to have my lowering springs installed/alignment/and RCK installed? Thanks in advance!

How mechanically inclined are you? Do you have access to impact with deep well sockets, tool kit with sockets, jack and stands? If your mechanically inclined and can get access to these things do it yourself and save some cash. There are write ups on here and on evom. Just go slow and take your time, follow the write ups Nd you'll be fine. Many will debate on the justification of the rck. For dd probably not needed unless your slammed. Any ideas on springs? Good choices are gtworks, swift, and eibach prokit.

I am mechanically inclined, but don't feel safe with the spring removal. I have a set of Swift Spec R springs which I want to install.
