Replace gaskets?

So I'm hoping to throw on my manifold, FP Red, and downpipe pretty soon and was wondering if most people replace the gaskets when doing this. I only have ~6800 miles on the car, the gaskets should be pretty new yet. But on the other hand, the gasket set from FP is only $35 for the two gaskets. What about the head to manifold gasket?

i would replace them just to be safe. anyone have any experiences with thermal gaskets for the head to manifold?

I reused all of my OEM gaskets, even the ones on the head to mani. As long as you inspect them properly and do not damage them during removal, I'd say go for it and have yourself a nice $35.00 dinner at Olive Garden ;)
I would say: You just dropped thousands of dollars on the parts for your build, and you're cheaping out on 35$?

:p

I'd throw a new set on. Better safe than engine fire from exhaust gasses melting everything.
Yeah I would hate to be in the middle of the install and think, hmmm... Wish I had a gasket. Plus we don't have an Olive Garden here...

What about head to manifold gasket? Where can I get one of those?

I think Cosworth make a pretty reputable one.
I think I'm going to take a step on the wild side and reuse the stock manifold one. I ordered the two for the turbo, though. Cheap enough.

Did you guys re-use the bolts/nuts? I doubt I can find them locally. Such a PITA living in the middle of nowhere.
COCKMANGLER...

Don't.... do it.
I like to live dangerously.
I was hoping you would post in here and mess my thread up :)
I reused most of my OEM bolts. I had to buy a couple different ones to fit my tubular mani on because of the design.
Yeah I had to get some new studs for the manifold. Manifold to turbo should be taken care of. What a bitch those studs are to remove.
Reuse them. The gaskets are metal and highly durable.

Agreed, I did.
could be wrong but i think the oem downpipe gasket was not metal.
