I can't find the exact specs on the wheel size of the 2014 RA. :duh:

Anyone know the size of rims I should buy to make it look best? I know that they are 18's but i don't know what the 18x_____ means. :duh: I'm as smart as a potato when it comes to cars right now. I'm barely getting into it.

I think the stock size isn't changed so its the same as my 2013 one. Its 18x8.5 and 8.5 means the width of your wheel is 8.5 inch. And it comes with 245/40 wheels. If u wanna buy aftermarket wheels, you can go check out the threads here to see how others make their decision. Most of people here are running 18x9.5 aftermarket wheels and those will work with the stock tires but they will look kinda stretched. I'm running 18x9.5 wheels too and with 255/35 tires. And I'm very happy with this set up.

This guy is incorrect. He's giving the numbers for an Evo, not a Ralliart.

Ralliart comes with 18x7.5, which like he stated means the wheel is 7.5" wide. What you prefer is exactly that, personal preference. I believe a lot of Ralliart guys that have swapped wheels have gone with a 8 or 8.5" wide wheel with 225 to 245/40 series tire, depending what width rim you went with. I believe if you plan on lowering your car as well, anything larger than those specs would require a fender roll, possibly need a roll with an 8.5" 245 series tire (anyone follow me up if I'm incorrect about that)

Also...18" wheels are perfect for this car, no reason to increase to a 19"

Those numbers are in mm. 245/40/18 means the tire is 245mm wide with a 40 aspect ratio (height of the tire or sidewall) on a 18 in diameter rim.

I am running stock wheels with 225/40 falken euro winters so if u run 8.5 or wider wheels u will have to roll the fender lips to avoid rubbing
