Anyone have any ideas if the roof is strong enough to support a rooftop tent and 2 people sleeping in it? Couldnt seem to find anything.

I wouldn't think this would be a good idea since most the of X's have an aluminum roof. But I also don't know where most of the weight would be on.

Can confirm: not a great idea. I stood on my roof once to trying to get a better view, roof bent just about immediately under my feet. Had to keep my weight over the sides (where a roof rack would be installed, and even then I still got some flex because of my gorilla feet.

Now I've got a permanent dent on the roof that luckily isn't that noticeable.

Use a toilet plunger to pop the dent back up. haha

If it's the actual roof, no. If the top tent is on roof rails, then it's more a question on your railing setup.
