I have had my car tuned recently and I noticed that I'm running high 14 on my air to fuel ratio..but when I get on the gas the a/f goes to 11s..any help here guys on whats going on. Everything seems to be hooked up and running right.

Normal. Idle you should be going back and forth around 14.7 (richer then leaner then richer then leaner) at idle. Your car did this exact same thing stock you probably just didn't have the gauge installed then.

Look up Closed Loop vs Open Loop if you want more detail.

No that would be more lean. The number represents parts of air per 1 part of fuel. So a 15.0 AFR would be much leaner than a 10.0 AFR. Which is why you go down to around 11.0 at WOT (richer).
