I just did an oil change as usual after a track day and ive got some shiny prospector size flakes coming out which I haven't noticed before. After searching it looks like this can be from bearing wear? Does anyone with more knowledge have an idea which stage this engine is at as far as normal to dead? There is about 85,000 miles on the engine
