Not sure what you're asking. Can you be more specific?

It doesn't use themes like a computer does for desktop settings. There are red and blue basic colors and then basic graphic images with overlays - like the AC screen (fan speed overlays, air direction overlay, etc.).

The images for each of the selections are also graphic images.

I'm gonna add an animated GIF of an EVO doing donuts as the opening graphic. I'll let you know how that works.

I don't thinik the MMCS is connected to the CAN bus data stream although it does connect to the ETACS computer. It would need the ECU CAN Bus data stream to display that data.

i got a question....
i have unlocked the HDD and connected it to the computer.
i have located the splash images i wanted to replace:
opening.bmp
02back_brack_title.gif
i have replaced both on the HDD after editing them.
i have made sure that the file is in "read only"
i have verified that the resolution is exactly as the original as well as the file name and type
but no matter how much i try i do not see them when i reattach the HDD in the car.
i have tried to initialize drive, reboot, remove car battery and reattach.
nothing work and i still see the original images.
funny part is every time i took the HDD out and re-hacked it and re-attached it to the comp cia USB the files that i see there are the edited files i have replaced....

is there any step that i am missing after replacing the files?
how can i make the MMCS read the new files?
