Cool video find!
Just so legit how little it takes to take a street evo into a spec rally beast. Suspension? Tune, exhaust updates and race seats, roll cage.
Other cars like a civic would probably require need turbo, rotor upgrade, brake upgrade wheels upgrade, motor upgrade, suspension, strut and sway, huge power increase, and tons of smaller headache pieces, and probably still may not be as fast as a stock evo on tarmac, let alone a modified one.
