Would work on both gsr and mr but not recommended for bilstein struts, they are known to fail with these.

I have these with my kyb on the gsr and they are great.

I have never heard that they do not work well with Bilstein struts. In fact I spoke with Bret Nordgard at Bilstein and their number one choice for springs is the Swift springs with any of their application.

I also have a few guys locally that is fairly competitive in autocross with the MR without any kind of problem.
