Does anyone know if there is a write up to put together the synchronic DV. Or can explain the process?

put it together? or install it? mine came with instructions, but its pretty easy. you can just reverse the way it goes in. you can also use one or both vacuum lines on the top. I just kept changing it until it didnt flutter or surge too bad. i have both lines coupled together on the top.

ohh it comes with 2 springs. i think theyre the same, probably in case it breaks. no you shouldnt have to take it apart though

Yes just flanges and decide push or pull.

If you put it in pull type make sure none of your lines are hitting the fan in front. I have a AMS intake and didn't realize I had to much line in between the two.

The springs are different one is stiffer than the other, I recommend you to read this link. It explains the DV modes and the use of the regular and yellow spring.

thanks everyone for the input. the second spring kind of threw me off. but after reading the link i got a better understanding.
